A selection process for admission to the 2025\/2026 academic year is announced at the University of Trento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reception and training project for international students from conflict zones, aimed at a maximum of ten students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The ten selected students will be admitted to a one-year university training program (so- called Foundation Year) during which they will be able to attend individual courses and\/or preparatory courses for a possible continuation of the training program (see Art. 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Any continuation of the training course, once the Foundation Year has ended, can take place<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>only with enrollment for the academic year 2026\/27 in a first or second level degree course and subject to possession of the requirements for admission, as provided for by the teaching regulations of the study courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-058b4e4aa8967432c9ce8b61f2fc3e79\"><strong><a>Art. 2.<\/a>Recipients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>People who meet all of the following requirements can access the project:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>citizenship of a country outside the EU\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>residence outside of Italian territory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>coming from a conflict zone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>current inability to start or continue one&#8217;s university studies under conditions of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>security, due to the situation of conflict, instability and\/or concrete danger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>possession of at least 12 years of schooling and a qualification suitable for access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>to higher education in Italy (see Art. 3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-545009ce6c813c807d50e331963495d3\"><strong>Art. 3. Access requirements and required documentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In order for your application to be considered suitable, you must:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to be:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>or citizens of a country outside the EU, or residents outside of Italian territory,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or coming from a conflict zone, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or currently unable to start or continue their studies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>university students in safe conditions, due to the situation of conflict, instability and\/or concrete danger; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have completed a course of study that allows access to a first level degree course or level II in Italy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A copy of an identity document must be attached to the online application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The circumstances underlying the impossibility of continuing one&#8217;s university studies in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>safety conditions, due to the situation of conflict, instability and\/or danger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>concrete, they can be described during the online application phase, through the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>filling out the section called \u201cLetter of motivation\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph 5, to demonstrate completion of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>a study path that allows access to a first or second level degree course in Italy is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following documents must be submitted during the online application process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>secondary school leaving qualification, obtained after a course of study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>studies lasting at least twelve years and which allow access to studies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>university students in Italy; or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>university degree that allows access to a second level degree course in Italy;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>any further documentation certifying the previously completed course of studies done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the candidate does not have all or part of the documents necessary to verify the previous study path, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitn.it\/studenti-a-rischio\">the completion of the document called &#8220;Study history&#8221; is mandatory (available at the link https:\/\/ www.unitn.it\/studenti-a-rischio), which must be attached, complete in<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>all its parts, to the online application. In this case, it is recommended to complete the document<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>always inserting the original language name of any academic qualifications obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidates may also submit additional information in the online application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>documentation if they have it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>language certifications;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>other academic or professional qualifications;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>certificates of comparability already in possession (CIMEA or EQPR);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5a489e85fe24bb06dea1395125b12c09\"><strong>Art. 4. Foundation Year<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Foundation Year offers the opportunity to attend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Italian language courses and language courses relevant to the academic area of interest,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>provided by the University Language Centre;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>courses aimed at obtaining IT skills;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>teaching courses (single courses), with possible exams in the area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>academic interests, which will eventually be recognized in the study plan upon enrollment in a first or second level degree course (see Art. 1 co. 3);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>preparatory courses for taking a possible admission test or obtaining<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>of the requirements necessary for possible enrollment in the course of study of interest1 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-da02f97f79f65ea4d0c01b331384f412\"><strong>Art. 5. Scholarship and financial support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During the Foundation Year, the students admitted to the project will be beneficiaries<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>awarding of a scholarship of \u20ac7,200.00,paid in two installments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The first instalment is paid upon the student&#8217;s arrival at the University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trento. The disbursement of the second installment is subject to the acquisition of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>attendance of the courses referred to in Article 4 or taking an exam within the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summer\/Fall session 2025\/26 academic year. The scholarship is incompatible with similar financial benefits provided by the University or other public or private entities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>exemption from paying university fees relating to course enrolment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>singles;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>exemption from payment for the following courses offered by the Language Centre of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ateneo (CLA):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or Italian language up to level B2;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or English language up to the level required by the study plan of the course of study<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>which the student intends to enroll in starting from the 2026\/27 academic year;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>coverage of costs associated with:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>or travel from the country of residence to Trento;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or procedures related to the issuing of the residence permit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or registration with the National Health Service or health insurance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4ece593db5b7683ce7f293f35b19c34d\"><strong>Art. 6. Further forms of support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During the Foundation Year, students admitted to the project will be entitled to<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>following forms of additional support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accommodation in a double room at the facilities of the Institute for the Right to Education (University Works of Trento);\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>card for two free meals a day (seven days a week) at the canteens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>university, provided by the Agency for the Right to Study (Opera Universitaria di Trento);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to dedicated academic tutoring and orientation services (UniTrento); \u2022 access to a dedicated psychological counseling service (UniTrento and Centro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Astalli Trento);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to a legal support service (Centro Astalli Trento);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to sporting activities in collaboration with UniTrento Sport (UniTrento);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>free annual pass for urban and extra-urban transport in the Province<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>of Trento (UniTrento);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reception and integration activities in the territorial fabric (UniTrento and associations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>local and local authorities).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4c2b0c7a9dcb0052462c054e5dc33c9b\"><strong>Art. 7.
