Eligibility Criteria for Utrecht University Scholarships in the Netherlands:

To receive a scholarship, the following conditions must be met:
The student must be one of the top 10% during the undergraduate level, with an official certificate proving this, such as a certificate signed and sealed by the university, or a letter of recommendation, or a certificate of the order of students on the ranks, and other evidence.
The student does not have the nationality of one of the countries of the European Union or one of the countries of the European Economic Area, and is not eligible for assistance under the Dutch system of scholarships and study loans.
Complete secondary education or obtain a baccalaureate degree from outside the Netherlands.
Applying for one of the master’s programs as an international student, which will begin studying in the first of September 2021, noting that not all programs are eligible for the scholarship, so the applicant will have to make sure that the program he chose falls within the framework of the scholarship from here.
