Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be non-Saudi nationals.
- For external scholarships: Applicants should reside outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or be present in the Kingdom without a valid residency permit.
- For internal scholarships: Applicants must have a valid residency permit and not be sponsored by any Saudi university.
- Applicants must meet the academic requirements for their chosen program.
- A valid passport is required.
- Applicants must be medically fit.
