Conditions for accepting external scholarship students

• The student must be of good conduct.
• To undertake to abide by the rules and regulations of the university.
• To be medically fit.
• To have a general secondary certificate or its equivalent from inside or outside the Kingdom.
• To be committed to full-time study for regular students in the morning period.
• Not more than three years have passed since obtaining the general secondary certificate.
• The age of the male or female student should not be less than (17) years and not more than (25) years for the undergraduate level.
• Not to be expelled from one of the universities for any reason.
• The student should not have obtained a scholarship from a university in the Kingdom.
• To be with the female student, a mahram who has a scholarship, or to be a resident with a regular residence.
• To meet the conditions for admission to the university.

General external grant controls

• An external scholarship applicant is prohibited from working for companies, institutions, or individuals during the study period.

Regulations for termination of the external grant

• The foreign scholarship applicant must leave the Kingdom after completing his studies within a period not exceeding three months from the date of termination.
• If the original program period expires, it may not be extended by more than half of it.
• A student who wishes to continue his postgraduate studies must review a full semester before graduating.
