Terms and Conditions for Applying for the Sheikh Khaled Bin Nasser Scholarship

1. The student must have an acceptance letter from one of the universities in the state of Qatar, in one of the following disciplines.
2. The age of the student should not exceed 25 years.
3. The student must have a high school graduation GPA of over 90%, and a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.5 for regularly enrolled university students.
4. All required documents must be completed and submitted electronically through the Afif Charitable Foundation website.
5. The applicant must be economically disadvantaged.
6. The student should not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship offered by other entities (not applicable to partial scholarships).
7. The applicant will undergo a financial needs assessment by the Social Assistance Department at Afif Charitable Foundation. A personal interview will be scheduled by the administrative team to ensure the eligibility and seriousness of the applicants in their studies.
8. The scholarship is granted to one individual per family, and other applications from the same family members may be considered after the beneficiary completes their studies.
9. The scholarship period is four consecutive years, and the scholarship automatically ceases at the end of the fourth year.
10. The annual scholarship amount does not exceed QAR 40,000 as the maximum limit per applicant.
11. The scholarship will be discontinued and suspended if the academic performance of the student deteriorates or if there is a failure during the scholarship period.
12. Students with low academic performance regularly enrolled in any university are not eligible to apply for the scholarship (full/partial).
13. Completion of the form below, providing all required documents, is mandatory.
