Overview
The Kuwait Government Scholarship provides free visa and accommodation, as well as full tuition fees for students from all over the world to study in Kuwait. The application is free.
Explanation of the Kuwait Government Scholarship 2024
These are the annual academic seats allocated by brotherly and friendly countries to Kuwaiti students who hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, and the seats offered by the State of Kuwait to non-Kuwaiti students in the implementation of cultural agreements with the State of Kuwait according to aid and foreign relations programs to obtain academic degrees.
Its objective:
Strengthening ties and cooperation between brotherly and friendly countries – providing multiple fields of study abroad for Kuwaiti students in specializations needed by the State of Kuwait – exchanging cultures and experiences between countries.
What makes it special:
The scholarship student enjoys free tuition fees, university housing, and treatment in most donor countries. The Ministry of Higher Education provides monthly financial allocations, annual travel tickets, and a travel preparation allowance for the scholarship student accepted in those countries, in the specializations that the Ministry sends according to the scholarship plan annually.

Application conditions
- The high school graduation rate must be (80% for the scientific specialization and 85% for the literary specialization).
- The secondary school certificate must be recent and no more than two years old.
- The applicant’s age must not exceed 25 years for the application and 35 years for the University of Kuwait, as proven by the birth certificate.
- The applicant must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic.
- The applicant must be free from contagious diseases, injuries, accidents and disabilities.
- If the applicant is a student, the applicant must be unmarried.
- Priority of candidacy for Muslim minority countries.
